Paperback, eBook & Audiobook Formats
Discover your soul design — comprised of soul origin, past lives, and archetype
— and use that knowledge to elevate your current life.
Drawing from more than forty years as a psychologist and thirty years as a regressionist, Dr. Linda Backman has developed Soul Essence Psychology, a program for examining your current life persona combined with your soul design. Through transcripts of client sessions and accompanying exercises, this book helps you embrace your higher self in your current life. You are uniquely comprised of three ingredients: where your soul originates, your immortal archetype portrayed throughout your past lives, and your pre-birth contract containing your life purpose. Each chapter of this book builds a program through which you can explore these ingredients. This book is for anyone who dreams of living a fuller life in alignment with their soul, regardless of spiritual path.
Featured on Coast to Coast AM and Gaia TV, Dr. Linda Backman is an expert teacher, regression therapist & licensed psychologist with 47 years of private practice experience, including 30 years of guiding 1000's of Soul Regressions. is a must-read! I have never read a more in-depth study and evaluation of the soul and its layers.
From its original core to its build through various 'life experiences' here and in other spaces and
times, Soul Design will give you a key awareness of who you truly are and why you have decided to
return to planet Earth!"
