PLSR/BLSR Individual Sessions: If a client cancels a scheduled session with more than 14 days notice, a full refund of the deposit shall be made. A cancellation made with less than 14 days prior to a session will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, unless the appointment can be filled with another client. Cancellations made within 7 days of a scheduled session require full-payment for the session, unless the regression time can be filled with another client. Should this occur a full refund of the deposit shall be made by The Ravenheart Center.

Training/Workshop Registrations: If a participant registered for a workshop or training program sponsored by The RavenHeart Center should cancel with more than 30 days notice, a full refund of monies paid shall be made. A cancellation made within 30 days of the scheduled event will result in the forfeiture of the full registration fee. The full fee for workshops and trainings is expected to be paid 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
