Linda and I send greetings to our readership from a very snowy Estes Park, Colorado—on, yes, May 13!! Springtime in the Rockies is very unpredictable—warm one day, rain or snow the next, only to have the sun reappear on yet a third day. The elk, deer, coyotes and the other wonderful habitants of this very spiritual location in the Rockies seem to take all of this change and unpredictability in the weather as the normal course. Perhaps they know something we don’t!!!

Yes, we as humans have a tendency to want to control most things in our life—even the weather! I believe we can learn a valuable lesson from our animal friends. There is very little we actually control in our life, despite our efforts to the contrary. Just as the animals accept what is—we, too, might be happier and less stressed if we accepted “what is”—altering our view of a situation to examine the benefits rather than liabilities. Far too often in the past, I have chosen to see things as good or bad, positive or negative—placing a value on something that “just is”! Learning to accept “what is” without labeling it has enabled me to see the “hidden gift”-the learning experience, if you will—to which I was previously blind.

Just as it is useful to accept the weather—knowing it will change on its own accord—we also might be much happier if accept life’s challenges, without the human tendency to place blame or feel sorry for ourselves. As Spirit tell us, life on Earth is not easy—it is filled with challenges, opportunities and a myriad of possibilities to assist our soul’s development. By simply observing the creatures in the wild we discover how to more comfortably adapt to our incarnation in this lifetime.

Of late, I am discovering a deepening connection with my Guides and Teachers. Perhaps you also are noticing this. It’s as simple as taking a moment to listen and “draw” the information in through the “back” of my mind. My Spiritual Team seems to be right there when I take just a moment, or more than a moment, to tune into them. They are so thrilled that I’ve slowed myself enough to recognize their presence.

The SHIFT is occurring so quickly at this time. All that we have to do is notice all of the natural disasters happening on this planet. Cleansing, allowing an opening for souls to leave, and tearing down the walls of good/evil---safe/unsafe---to recognize we must all accept the assistance and humanitarian help available to us……is blatantly obvious.

Think about taking time to offer support and love to someone you haven’t talked to in some time. This is critical. Forgive yourself and others for their human shortcomings.

Focusing Upon God Within

God is light; there’s not a trace of darkness in him. I love this reality! Who would choose darkness over light, if they could feel the all-enveloping reality of the love of God?

I come from that sphere where there is perpetual sunshine. It is a place where God’s love shines forth endlessly, abundantly, universally. And we bask in it night and day of your earthly time. Does that not make you long to go home to God?

This is a realm beyond realms written in your books on earth. It is beyond your comprehension. And yet, your soul partakes of it perpetually. Otherwise, you could not be alive or exist, as God’s being is manifest in your being. Since God is, you are.

Your awareness is possible because of God’s ever present heart beat and mindfulness within you. Your intelligence-that is the ability to discern one thing from another, to label things, to comprehend things-is possible because God’s intelligence is ever flowing through you. It is an ever-manifesting electrical current of love and light that is the Source of all life.

And so, I come to bathe you in that love and light by raising your understanding of just where I come from and where you are headed as you focus upon the reality of God within.
